What are rewards tracks?
Our new Rewards Program is built around four unique tracks: Single Doughnuts, Coffees, Specialty Coffees and everyone’s favorite-DOZENS. The Reward Tracks make it easier and faster for you to earn your favorite products.
How do Reward Tracks work?
Give our Team Member your phone number or email address or scan your rewards app and we’ll take care of the rest and you receive one credit each time you purchase a Rewards Track item. For example, every time you purchase an Original Glazed Doughnut or one of our Limited Time Offering Doughnuts, you receive one credit. After your twelfth purchase, your next doughnut is on us.
How do I claim my reward?
That is the best part of our new program. Claiming your reward is easy. Place your order, give our Team Member your phone number or email address or scan your rewards app and we’ll take care of the rest.
How Long Do I Have to Redeem my Rewards?
All rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned.
Can I defer my reward?
Yes. You can defer your Rewards via the Krispy Kreme App. In the App click on Scan and Review Rewards. If you have rewards available for redemption, you will see "Available Rewards" and you can toggle the Redeem to "Off". Rewards expire 90 days from the issuance date.
CAN I USE MY KRISPY KREME EARNED REWARDS FOR ONLINE ORDERING/DELIVERY ORDERS?

I forgot to identify as a rewards member, how do I receive credit for those purchases?
No problem! You can claim your rewards credits through the Krispy Kreme App or on our Website:
On the App select "Scan & Rewards" from the home screen; select Missed Transaction.
On the website, select "Rewards" from the menu then select "Missed Transaction."
You will need your receipt to enter the details of your purchase. Credits can be claimed 30 days from the date of transaction.
I changed my email address, How do I update my rewards account?
I got married and need to change my name. How do I change it?
My Birthday is incorrect on my rewards account, how do I correct it?
Do my Birthday Rewards Expire?
Birthday Rewards are valid from the 1st day of the birthday month until the last day of the birthday month.
How do I add or change my birthday on my rewards account?
Please call 1-800-4Krispy to have your birthday added or changed.
