As our communities continue to reopen, Krispy Kreme has also started to reopen dine-in for guests in certain locations. Our drive-thrus and lobbies remain open, and customers can also place an order for pickup/delivery online or on the Krispy Kreme app.
Safety remains our top priority and we will continue to uphold this commitment as we start to welcome guests back in to dine-in areas. This includes the use of social distancing floor stickers, face masks and gloves for our employees along with employee health screenings at the beginning of each shift. We have also increased the frequency of routine disinfecting throughout shops and added protective barriers at ordering points, among many others.
Services may vary from shop to shop as we continue to follow guidance from CDC, state and local authorities. To determine hours of operation and whether your local Krispy Kreme lobby is open for dine-in and/or carryout, click here

We’ve gotten so much joy seeing, serving and supporting front line workers with our Healthcare Mondays, and are grateful to have given away over 18 million doughnuts to healthcare professionals from National Doctors’ Day to National Nurses Week.
As these healthcare heroes continue to serve our communities, we wanted to find a way to show our appreciation all summer long.
Starting Monday, May 18, we have a brand-new offer to share with you. Healthcare workers can receive a $1 Original Glazed Dozen with any full priced dozen purchase every Monday until Labor Day, 9/7.
This offer is available to those who care for the health of the people in our communities who provide a badge to verify their employment in the industry, including anyone who works at a hospital, as well as physicians, nurses, surgeons, psychologists, dentists, optometrists, pharmacists and their staff. For every full priced dozen purchased, you can get a $1 Original Glazed Dozen. Limit 4 redemptions per Monday. While Supplies Last. Available in shop at US Shops only.

To our U.S. healthcare community, friends and neighbors:
Taking care of ourselves and each other never has been more important. Getting through this together by staying apart seems unnatural. But even now … there can be joy. It can bring and keep us “together” in this challenging, disruptive time.
At Krispy Kreme
, we love bringing smiles to others, especially those who need them the most.
To share joy among the millions in the medical community, and to show our gratitude for all they are doing, beginning Monday, March 30 – National Doctors’ Day – and on every subsequent Monday through National Nurses Week (May 6-12), Krispy Kreme will provide all healthcare workers free dozens of our iconic Original Glazed® Doughnuts.
Just go to a Krispy Kreme drive-thru, show us your employer badge and collect your doughnuts. That’s it. Pick up a free dozen on the way to work for you and your colleagues, or maybe a free dozen on your way home to family after a long shift. We’ve experienced such a positive response from our communities that some stores have even run out of doughnuts! We want to be able to serve as many healthcare workers as possible, so please be reasonable with your request.
This offer is available to those who care for the health of the people in our communities who provide a badge to verify their employment in the industry, including anyone who works at a hospital, as well as physicians, nurses, surgeons, psychologists, dentists, optometrists, pharmacists and their staff. Limit up to 5 dozen per healthcare worker due to varying production capabilities by location. While Supplies Last.
Friends and Neighbors
Also, we’re going to help our customers share joy with their neighbors, because being separated doesn't mean we can't be sweet. On Saturdays beginning March 28, Krispy Kreme will add a free dozen Original Glazed® Doughnuts to every pick-up, drive-thru and delivery order
that includes a full price dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts or more, encouraging customers to put a smile on a neighbor's face by giving them the free dozen. In fact, each free dozen will include a special smiley-face doughnut; we call it our “Be Sweet Dozen.” The thousands of free dozens on Saturdays will be securely sealed and bagged individually, along with instructions for contactless drop-off, including social distancing and safety guidelines.
While we’ve adjusted hours of operation at shops in some communities to comply with state and/or local government guidelines, most Krispy Kreme
shops and drive-thrus in the U.S. are open for pick-up orders. Doughnuts are also available for delivery within 10 miles of participating shops through our website and app,and you can visit KrispyKreme.com for details regarding our Acts of Joy and other updates regarding our response to COVID-19.
Like everyone in these times, we’re anxious. We’re concerned. We’re also all in this together. Thank you, healthcare workers and everyone supporting them, including our Krispy Kremers, who make a personal commitment every day to share joy. We are grateful for the opportunity to enable the sharing of joy and look forward to seeing millions of smiles!

Like you, everyone in the Krispy Kreme family continues to focus on the impact of the Coronavirus on our communities. The well-being of our guests and team members is always our top priority and we want to update you regarding steps we’re taking to keep you and our team members safe.
We continue to monitor country-wide and local Coronavirus-related developments while following guidance from the World Health Organization, the CDC and other federal and local health authorities.
We have always taken great care regarding our processes and procedures related to food safety, health and hygiene, and sanitation within our shops. Due to the virus, we’re taking additional actions, including enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures, installation of new sanitizer stands, and deployment of sanitation kits for our delivery trucks. We also are enhancing heath-safety education for all team members. We have established a process for identifying and responding to any team member who shows Coronavirus symptoms or who is diagnosed with the virus. In addition to online ordering for pick-up, delivery is now available nationally within 10 miles of our shops.
We will continue to do our very best to deliver the joy that is Krispy Kreme during the pandemic while always putting the health and safety of you and our team members first.
