Krispy Kreme Fundraising pricing structure reflects our commitment to helping organizations and groups to raise funds for their causes and is not intended to provide discounted pricing for personal gain or commercial profit.
Both for-profit organizations and not-for-profit organizations, including those listed below, may be approved to purchase Krispy Kreme Fundraising Products, provided that all proceeds from the resale of Krispy Kreme Fundraising Products will fully benefit the purpose of the fundraiser:
- All fundraising organizations must be non-partisan (no individual political party affiliation).
- Approved organizations must use the Fundraiser proceeds for the direct support of the organization.
- Proceeds cannot be used for causes supported by the organization.
- Proceeds must be used within the United States and cannot be sent abroad.
- Both for-profit organizations and not-for-profit organizations may be approved to conduct a Krispy Kreme Fundraiser when the Fundraiser proceeds are fully and directly used to benefit a U.S. group that is one of the following types (verification required for approval and all information provided must be accurate and complete).
EDUCATIONAL – proceeds are being used to support a school or educational institution or a school-related organization (e.g., club/student/parent group; athletics; band/choral; school equipment; student development; scholarships).
FAITH-BASED – proceeds are being used to support the faith-based-organization or its activities (e.g., youth group; missions; benevolent programs; building fund; congregational support).
CHARITABLE – proceeds are being used to support a registered 501(c) charitable organization.
COMMUNITY – proceeds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to the organization’s charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual or commercial gain.
