This intense training course is designed to attract, coach and retain high caliber candidates to serve in management roles. Candidates in this program are typically recent college graduates. Program participants are exposed to all aspects of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation through an aggressive six month training program. Upon completion of the Manager Training Program, candidates will be certified Assistant Managers and relocated to a location that business needs dictate. Graduates of the program serve as Assistant Managers who are often on the fast track to a General Manager position.
