Thank you for your interest in sharing an idea for a product or service that you believe would be beneficial to Krispy Kreme. Please know, however, that it is Krispy Kreme’s company policy not to consider unsolicited ideas from anyone other than our employees, our franchise owners, and our existing suppliers and contractors. Krispy Kreme is not saying that great ideas cannot come from our valued customers. Each year Krispy Kreme receives numerous unsolicited ideas and proposals for products and services. Due to the number of unsolicited ideas and the difficulty in determining what is truly a new idea as opposed to a concept that Krispy Kreme is already developing or has previously considered, we must abide by a strict policy not to accept or review any unsolicited ideas that come from outside of Krispy Kreme, our franchise owners, our suppliers and contractors. As a result, we must decline to receive your idea and hope you can appreciate the reasons for our policy. Thank you very much for your interest in Krispy Kreme.
